Preferred Partners

One of the many advantages of working with an experienced real estate agent is having access to my network of really good service providers. Ultimately this means that your sale or purchase of a home will go more smoothly without costly delays. In fact, one of the key factors to your success will be the team of professionals who have the necessary experience and resources to quickly address any issue and keep your transaction moving forward smoothly.

There will be six or seven key players involved in your transaction in addition to the real estate agents as you move towards settlement. These include the:

Mortgage Lender Team:

Loan officer, processor, appraiser, underwriter, and closer.

Title and Settlement team:

Processor and settlement attorney.

Home Inspectors:

Fixing or replacing broken blinds, loose door knobs, cabinet doors that don’t quite close, etc.

"As your realtor, part of my responsibility is to assist you during this process. You can think of me as your project manager throughout the entire transaction to ensure everything goes smoothly from start to finish."

If you have not already selected a lender, title company, home inspector, or insurance company, I invite you to check out the preferred partners listed on the right hand side of the page.
